Who you're contracting with

These terms govern your purchase from Studio Alba Ltd (company number SC868555), trading as Alba. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

An order placed on our website is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email — at which point a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting your order. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.

Delivery and returns

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

Intellectual property

All content on albaofficial.com — including text, images, logos and product designs — is the property of Studio Alba Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Alba and the Alba logo are registered trademarks. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
