Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is complimentary on every order, regardless of destination.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. All orders are fully tracked and insured.

United States
Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days. All orders are fully tracked and insured. Please note that US customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes, which are assessed by US Customs on arrival and are separate from your order total.

Rest of World
We ship internationally — delivery times and any applicable duties vary by destination.

Returns

We want you to be certain about what you're buying. If something isn't right, you have 30
days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

UK returns
We'll provide a prepaid return label. Contact us at hello@albaofficial.com to arrange.

International returns.
Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5
working days.
