What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and payment information. Card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never store them. When you browse our site, we collect information about your device, IP address and how you navigate the site, via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, where you have consented. When you contact us, we retain your name, email address and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We process your order data because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you. We use analytics and marketing data on the basis of your consent, which you provide via our cookie settings. We retain transaction records to meet our legal obligations, including tax requirements.

Third parties

We share data with a small number of third-party providers who help us operate the business: Shopify Inc (our website platform), Stripe (payment processing), Google LLC (analytics) and Meta Platforms Inc (advertising and analytics). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. Where data is transferred outside the UK — including to providers based in the United States — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner.

How long we keep your data

Order and transaction records are retained for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's and Meta's own retention policies. Contact enquiries are kept for two years.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to how it is processed; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time.
